Most “real estate training” today is either aimed at lead generation or the basic requirements of continuing education. At BloomTree we know that our company’s success and our reputation in the market depends on the success of our agents. We have shifted the focus to the educational aspects that agents need to grow and thrive for the long term.

BloomTree’s exclusive TOTAL Agent® training is exactly that; a comprehensive program to help agents grow a solid business. The program includes sales psychology, strategic planning, business management, marketing, financial planning, time management, lead generation, tech, social media and much more.

The Master Series® program is an opportunity to teach as well as to learn from other experienced agents. Access to a broader base of knowledge and shared experience helps each agent to accelerate their individual growth.

Agents are also motivated to support each other in a variety of ways. Our collaborative approach and our compensation model come together to create a true knowledge network where agents experience the true value of working together.

REAL TOOLS

Business minded agents need more than a transaction management tool and a CRM. They also need “at a glance” deal status, business dashboard, lead management, and up to date metrics. Agents expect transactions to be processed efficiently and for checks to be cut promptly after closing. We believe that we have a responsibility to support the communities that support us. Our broader view of community includes our neighbors, local business, real estate professionals in other companies, as well as our own agents, our employees, and their families.

At BloomTree giving back happens every day, on every transaction, and it’s embedded in our financial model. A portion of every commission earned goes to local charities chosen by our Agent Council. We invite local businesses and the general real estate community to our education and training programs. We also treat agents with other companies with the same respect that we treat our own.

We reward our own community of agents who help this company grow and for supporting each other through training and collaboration. BloomTree gives it’s agents a means to thrive financially for the life of their careers and into retirement.


REAL SUPPORT

Time is valuable and should be used wisely. The staff and leadership at BloomTree are here for one main reason; To serve our agents so that they can spend their time serving clients.

While many companies have reduced support, which is proven to affect productivity, each BloomTree office is staffed with highly trained professionals who don't sell real estate themselves. Our goal is to support the day to day needs of agents and to help each grow to their full potential.

Our Managing Broker, Director of Business Development, and General Manager are on hand to help with business coaching, client issues, and training. The Agent Happiness Team is ready with support in reception, marketing, tech, and transaction management. When you're away from the office, our support team is easily accessed through our online help desk.

Our corporate leadership team is also engaged through coaching and training, each in their own area of expertise, in addition to leading the company.
