Nick Malouff
President and CEO
Nick Malouff is the President and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate BloomTree Realty in Prescott, Arizona. For twenty-five years, his contributions in the Real Estate and Financial Consulting industries enabled him to grow the BloomTree Realty agency to the top ten nation-wide in terms of volume in the BHGRE network. Nick embraces a couple of simple goals; deliver the best service possible to our agents and clients and support the important causes in the community where we live. Nick enjoys playing guitar and on a lucky night you may find him onstage jamming with a local band.
Cynthia Yannitelli
Designated Broker
Cynthia began her real estate career over three (3) decades ago and started managing real estate brokerages in 1999. She helped to build and grow two (2) large multi office brokerages that were the top brokerages for their area. Cynthia has a background in Accounting, Legal and Human Resources and it has helped her to be successful.
Cynthia believes in helping real estate agents improve their knowledge and skills to be better prepared for any real estate market. “I am here to serve the agents.” “I enjoy showing new agents how to build and grow their real estate business and I am available for coaching so all agents can achieve their goals.” "Helping the agents in turn will help to improve the services we provide to our clients.”
Cynthia enjoys reading and hiking the neighborhood and the Prescott Area trails with her dog, Buddy. But the biggest priority is family! If you were to ask her what happiness means to her, she would say “Grandchildren”!
Sherri Batton
Career Development Manager
In January 2006 I started my real estate career and have never looked back. I’ve seen the market go up, down and sideways but what has never changed is the awesome feeling of helping my clients find the home of their dreams or helping them sell a home so they can move closer to family or whatever the reason. This is a business of helping others and I love that. I also enjoy giving back to our real estate association, where I served on the Board of Directors, numerous association committees as well as the President for the Women’s Council of Realtors. I have made it a goal to educate myself to serve my clients better by providing a quality work ethic and patience to provide the best service. In 2017 I was asked to lead our team of agents as Designated Broker, which I loved. Now I continue to help our agents and work for the company as the Career Development Manager. Better Homes and Gardens BloomTree Realty has been my passion for a very long time. Something very unique is all of our agents work together and share ideas as we are invested in each other’s success.
I am married with three children, six grandchildren and two dogs. Our family moved here from Akron, OH and I have lived in Colorado and Illinois. In my past life I was an Operations Manager for a security guard company and a Flight Attendant for Continental Airlines.
